Karen has been in the real estate business for over six years. Karen is an a Associate Broker in Idaho as well as in Arizona. While in Arizona, Karen was a top agent having brought together over 100 real estate transactions and over $15 million in total sales involving single family residential and multi-family housing. Prior to real estate, Karen worked for seven years in the banking industry.
Karen is very active with the community. Karen served as Vice President for Adobe Highlands Board, a homeowner association of 400 plus homes. In previous years while Karen was with Windermere Real Estate, she was on the Windermere Foundation (helping Arizona homeless children) and on their Advisory Committee. Sherwin has performed volunteer work for multiple organizations such as the Phoenix Symphony, Herberger Theater, Arizona State University, and Habitat for Humanity.
