Meet Sandy Sturgis

Sandy has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Idaho for over ten years. During her real-estate career she has worked with a wide range of clients including first time home buyers and many seasoned real estate investors. Regardless of the real estate experience clients posses Sandy strives to ensure her clients have all the necessary information to make a well informed decision, she does not just "sell you" something.

In addition to being a Realtor Sandy is also co-owner of 1st Avenue Properties, a full service property management company. Sandy feels that this is an ideal way to help investors by not only assisting with the buy and sell of their investments but to also insure their properties are well cared for long after the real estate transaction is complete. Her dual role as Realtor and property manager is also helpful in finding suitable short term rentals for clients who are relocating or otherwise between properties.

Previous to joining the real estate profession Sandy worked as a manager in the semiconductor industry. She attended Boise State University, majoring in Communication.

On a personal level, Sandy is an avid gardener and a devoted animal person with a menagerie of household pets including three spoiled Great Danes. Sandy is proud to be an Idaho native and feels very fortunate to have grown up in the area. She also enjoys traveling with her family and friends and has had the opportunity to experience many different locations, including some time as an expatriate in Japan.
